What is your Warranty Policy? New Motors purchased at Reconit Electric are warranted to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase for personal and 06 months for commercial. Rebuild or Repaired Motors carry 30 days. This warranty is limited and shall be in lieu of any other warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to, any implied warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. There are no other warranties that extend beyond the description of the face hereof. What items that does not carry a warranty? Electronic parts such as Regulator, Circuit boards, Capacitors do not carry a warranty. They are not returnable for refund. The liability of the Company arising out of its supply of said products, or their use, shall not in any case exceed the cost of correcting defects in the products as above set forth. The company cannot assume responsibility or accept invoices for unauthorized repairs to its components, even though the motors may be defective. Is there a fee for returning an item? A restocking fee applies to all returned items. Products must not have been installed and must be returned in unopened, original packaging. What is your return Policy? A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained from the company prior to returning any product. HVAC and ECM motors are non-returnable under any circumstances. If a product needs to be returned for any reason, all freight charges must be prepaid by the customer.
