Remanufactured starter motors or alternator can be quite reliable if properly rebuilt by reputable companies following manufacturer specifications, often matching the quality of new starters. 

They undergo thorough inspection, replacement of worn parts, and testing to meet or exceed OEM standards. However, their reliability and lifespan may be slightly less than new OEM starters, depending on the quality of the remanufacturing process and parts used. We at reconit electric, do our best to rebuild OEM units. The quality is far better than off shore motors. Further, we can do quality control to our specifications and incorporate OEM parts to enhance the performance.
